First Contact

One of our MCS Staffing Specialists will contact you by telephone within 48 hours. He/she will request additional information about your plans as well as your past experience. This initial contact usually takes about ten minutes.

Orientation

At this point in the hiring process your file has been carefully screened. You will be invited to meet us in person for orientation. This meeting lasts about one hour and a portion of it will focus on documentation. We will ask you to provide the names of two or three former employers that we can contact for professional references. We will also ask you to complete a document authorizing us to verify if you have a criminal record. You will be required to provide:

• Skills Competency Testing (Based on skill level and experience)
• Licensure/Certification verification
• Reference requests and verification
• Health clearance and drug screening
• TB testing and clearance
• Complete background check
• CPR and advance certification documentation and verification
• Completion of all OSHA and JCAHO requirements

If you are selected for the position, the recruiter will contact you to inform you about the conditions offered and plan your first day of work.
